We create jobs for those in need through:

• Multiple mega yard sales a year

• Picking up and delivering donated items

• Assembling and restocking ready to go "clothing pantries" for churches

• Processing and selling firewood 

• Yard work, tree trimming and minor maintenance jobs

We find jobs for those in need through:

• Providing transportation to and from work

• Provide free tools and equipment for jobs

• Networking for seasonal day labor jobs such as lawncare, raking leaves, putting up Christmas lights

• Assembling supervised crews of handy man work just as painting, building fences, make ready cleaning and trash removal

We help holistically through:

• Keeping prayer, worship and God's word as the center piece of our work

• Helping them discover next steps to alleviate poverty

• Networking with other churches and organizations

• Training them through the jobs "we create" before connecting them to jobs that "we find" for them

• Not charging overhead fees for the jobs we find for them 

• Paying them honest and fair wages

• Helping them move from transitional employment with us into permanent employment with other companies, organizations and agencies.
